About J. Philip Faranda

Phil Faranda attended Villanova University and graduated in 1989 with a degree in English. After almost 7 years in publishing sales, he got his real estate license in 1996. He founded the firm in 2005 and from 2006 through 2009 personally brokered over 200 transactions. He is the author of several blogs on New York real estate, and has been a source for media as notable as ABC World News, Associated Press, MSN Money, CNBC, the Real Deal, and Gannett. He is married and a father of four children.
